- AI Visibility Sprint application details (such as your name, work email, firm name, website URL, location, team size, firm type, what your firm wants to be found for, optional notes, and consent to be contacted);
- Retainer waitlist registrations (such as your name, email, firm details, and related qualification information);
- Any other information you voluntarily provide during an enquiry or correspondence with us.
4. AI Exposure Report requests
When you request an AI Exposure Report, we collect the contact and firm information you provide, including your name, work email address, phone number if supplied, firm website, location, role, visibility priority, and request details. We use this information to assess eligibility, respond to your request, prepare any approved lightweight public-signal preview, and manage related business communications.
5. No analytics or tracking cookies
This website does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and does not build behavioural profiles of visitors. Any cookies used are strictly essential to the basic operation of the site. We do not sell your personal information.
6. Why we process your information
We use the information you provide only to:
